I understand how to create a filter with multiple filter strings. I do
use that for some of my work.

But, sometimes I want to work with the results of one filter, and
sometimes the cumulative results of multiple filters.

In CPO (CODE Project Organizer), I will often have two filters that are
identical where one is for production source and the other is for the
development source. I will open the development filter to make sure I
don't overwrite any existing development source members. Then I will use
the production filter to copy source members to the development library.
Then I will close the production filter and work from the development
side.

When the list of source members in the table view gets too large, it is
sometimes to hard to work with. Especially since I haven't been able to
find a way to show the library/source file information in the table view
without selecting an individual member and looking at the Properties pane.
If I was able to show both the production and development versions of the
source member, I would absolutely need the library to tell the difference.
