I don't know if there is a recommended res for WF.  Probably 640x680 would 
be insufficient in most cases...

It will depend upon your DDS screens, what display size they are WF'd for, 
what is on them (input fields are larger than plain text) and so on.  From 
the Web point of view the styling will affect the required res as well. If 
you have lots of chrome and use large fonts it will need more space.

So I guess the answer would be  "it depends" ...
