Problem when closing debug session

Last weekend, we have installed i5/OS V5R3M0. Now, I am experiencing a 
problem when closing a (batch) debug session. On the iSeries, a problem 
entry is logged. The description of the problem is 'Software problem data 
for QMHPDEH has been logged'. The Symptom String is '5722 F/QMHPDEH MSGMCH3203'.

The job being debugged does not end normally. When ENDJOB is used to end 
the job, the job ends up with status 'JOBLOG PENDING'. I cannot access the 
joblog yet, because it will only become available after the next IPL (if I 
have understood it correctly). 

Does anyone recognize this problem?
