Speaking from a 5.1.2 install, right-click on iSeries Objects listed under your server connection and select Verify Connection. The results window will list any missing PTFs for the various WDSc components. -m -----Original Message----- From: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Paul Nicolay Sent: Wednesday, October 27, 2004 1:27 AM To: Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries Subject: [WDSCI-L] How to check for server side PTF's ? Hi, How does one check if the iSeries itself is up-to-date regarding PTFs when using WDSC ? The update manager is only responsible for client side fixes (WDSC itself). I know some check exists as part of CODE/400 and its connection profile, but I haven't installed that part anymore since I upgraded to 5.1.2. Kind regards, Paul _______________________________________________ This is the Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries (WDSCI-L) mailing list To post a message email: WDSCI-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/wdsci-l or email: WDSCI-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/wdsci-l. ************************************************************************ This e-mail and any attachments may contain confidential and privileged information.
