5.1.2 Update Problem

Good Afternoon,
        After a hard drive replacement I have reinstalled 5.1.2 as a clean 
install.
However when I try to do my Install/Update it errors out on me with the
following:

Unable to complete action for feature "Interim Fix 004 for WebSphere Studio
Site Developer 5.1.2" due to errors.
  Unable to complete action for feature "Server Tools for WebSphere Version
5.1" due to errors.
    Unable to complete action for feature "Server Tools for WebSphere
Version 5.1 Translations" due to errors.
      Unable to retrieve remote reference
