Thanks for the archive link, Bryan.  The IBM link is clear as mud.

After chasing through a few links, it appears that I need to connect with my
BP to get them to order it on our behalf?  (Is this what Anne Lucas was
talking about when saying that IBM needs to make it easier to do business
with them?)  Will I need to ask for "Supply F/C: 2656 (V5.1.2 standard
client media kit)"  What is the meaning of "* Assume Subscription contract"?

Or, *is* there an easier way?

More info:  We took possession of our iSeries model 810 back at the
beginning of the year, before the release of 5.1.2.  Is there any chance we
would have automatically received the 5.1.2. media without having asked for
it?
