Actually there is no program under "Start" "Programs" nor a shortcut on the desktop for WSSD. I found it when I worked a tutorial that referred to the executable name "wssitedev.exe". If I wasn't so darn curious I probably never would have noticed the Client itself, although I certainly would have noticed the bizarre directory layout.
