However, I could not find an option like 'Uninstall > plug-in' or 'Remove plug-in' or something like that. There should be two, one under the features folder and one under the plugins folder. When you restart WDSC it will update its configuration automatically and remove it. The way to do it within the UI is to open the Install/Update perspective. One of the views is called "Install Configuration". Expand your current configuration, which should be the top item in your list. This will show you all of the folders where features are installed from. The iSeries Messages feature probably installled in the first location. Expand it, and all of them if necessary, until you see the feature. Then click on the feature, and on the right click on the button "Disable Now". This will not remove the feature from your harddrive, but it does effectively remove it from your configuration. The reason Eclipse will not allow you to remove a feature is that when you are working in Eclipse you are only working in the context of a single workspace. So it only allows you to disable the feature so that it does not effect any other workspaces you may be using. If you want to truly delete it, they expect you to remove it from your disk, or run an uninstaller if appropriate. They then handle the details of removing it from the configuration automatically when you next startup your workspace.
