Joe, I am going to send these individually. Here is the link to the
Pizzaria.  Might be worth downloading this zip file and going through
some of the issues I had to deal with.

Then when you get frustrated, you can import my ear file and you should
be able to run it.  The database is attached to a local community
college, so it should work just fine and you can get to the data.  

Btw this is pretty cool.

Don't count on the further, faster bit.  I did get a list of records to
come up in a table, but when I tried to get a little farther (adding an
update page) I stalled.  I'm still trying to wrap my head around the
concepts, and unfortunately the best-looking IBM tutorial uses their EGL
language, which I'm not planning to mess with anytime soon.
