Is there any way in WDSCi to set the default for COBOL to have Automatic
Uppercasing?  I have found where to set that via Preferences for CL, DDS,
etc., but COBOL does not seem to have that option.  If there is no way to
set that now for COBOL, are there any plans to make that ability available
in the future?
