There is another option, which I personally prefer, and that is to tell 
RSE not to reconnect automatically when you start WDSC.  This is set in 
the Preferences under Remote Systems.  I believe it is on the main 
preference page.

I prefer this option because I am just as likely to be doing Java/Web 
development as I am iSeries so I prefer to just connect when I choose to. 
Since WDSC is fully started when I connect, these dialogs do not have a 
problem being seen.
