SQL object development in WDSc

I enjoyed the overview on Eclipse and WDSc...

It prompted me do load up and try a few things.  We recently went to v5r3, so I
loaded the new client on my PC and went to work.

My problem is that I am looking for a function within the framework similar to
the "Run SQL Script" function within iSeries Navigator.  I'm sure it's there,
but I can't find it!  

I have SQL source (table definitions, indexes, triggers, stored procedures,
etc.) on a file share on the IFS.  I'd like to edit those files within Eclipse
(er... WDSc) and compile them.  Just like I do with under Navigator.  

Can someone clue me in...
