Thanks for clarifying that Eric.  I don't like the answer, but at least I
won't waste any more time trying to get it to work.  It really is very
frustrating though having all these options that appear as if they should do
something but don't!

In the case of the customer I am working with, they _always_ want to use
Designer as the DSPF editor, but have to manually select it because the
default is lpex.  Hopefully you will give us an option to change this kind
of stuff in the future.
