I want to easily switch between tasks / projects in websphere.
Is anyone using websphere to achieve this?

I generally have multiple different tasks or projects in my
work queue that I might be working on.

I might be working on task A, but have to stop for whatever
reason, and switch working to task B or task C.

Each task may involve editing from 3 to 12 different source
members that may or may not be in the same library.
ie. source members; CL, DDS, RPG, UIM, etc.

What I'd like to do is to be able to switch between different
tasks easily.

With my old pc-based editor (FlexEdit) I simply switched
between "workspaces" to achieve this. With just a mouse
click I could switch from working on an ftp project to
working on an orders report fix. The members I was editing
came back just the way I had left them, windows were in
the same position etc.

In websphere I've read where 'projects' must be in a
single 'sandbox' library so I don't see that this is what I want.

>From what I read 'perspectives' apply to whether you're
working on rpg, java etc.

Thanks in advance for any help or ideas.

I'm using version 5.1.0.2.
