I have further problems now.  After Renaming my .config folder I was
still hosed.  After Creating a new workspace, i was still hosed.  
I uninstalled WDSC.  Trying to Reinstall. Getting message that 'Must
have Administrator authority'.  I have had my Network Administrator try
to install from his Administrator profile and we are still receiving the
same message.  
Any ideas?
