I have been trying to use the "Compare With..." feature in WDSc without
success. I get the "Operation in progress..." message for quite a long
time, and then it always ends with the following error:

Too many differences. Turn on the 'Ignore White Space' option or do a
structure compare first.

I thought it might have something to do with the size of the source member
being compared, so I took a much smaller source member and deliberated
created a few differences. The compare worked fine. So my question is,
what is the problem with comparing large (7,530 lines) source members? The
compare feature in CODE works just fine with the same members.
