Save the COBOL source code (either from the menu or press the floppy disk icon on the toolbar) and the outline will refresh automatically. You shouldn't have to save it - simply pressing the refresh button in the Outline view should do it. I wouldn't want it to auto-refresh all the time - it would chew-up a hell of a lot of horsepower.
