   That's my problem.  There is no 'Refresh button' in the outline view for
   COBOL.

   You shouldn't have to save it - simply pressing the refresh button in the
   Outline view should do it.  I wouldn't want it to auto-refresh all the
   time -
   it would chew-up a hell of a lot of horsepower.
