[WDSCI-L] Desktop shortcut

I have a shortcut on my desktop that displays my output queue.
The shortcut was put there by operations navigator.  I can get
ops nav to launch but I only want to launch my output queue.  Has
anyone tried this and can tell me how to do this?

I am attempting to launch it by using it as an external tool.  I
have looked at the parameters in the short cut but they contain
unreadable data so I cannot get there from here.
