[WDSCI-L] Outline View Refresh Problem

Hi,

When I hit the refresh button (icon) to show an outline of the
current program (RSE perspective) the tool goes into a loop of
getting the data.  You can imagine the results.
(loop...refresh...loop...refresh)  Even when I hit the button to
end the process, (lower right corner) nothing happens.  I have
seen a lot of messages going back and forth on tool settings so I
am hoping that I can change a setting and all will be well,
otherwise I have a bug and wont be able to use this feature.
