Matt, the URL's below are still valid, so a couple of things might have
changed since your last update.  (to test these URL's, just paste them into
a browser)

The most common problem revolves around proxies.  The proxy settings found
under "Window > Preferences > Internet" are stored in your workspace.  If
you have changed to a new workspace since the last update, then you'll need
to reset these options.  Also check that your password is still valid if
you authenticate with a userid/password.

Next, if the proxy information is valid, check to see that your firewall is
not blocking the communication.

Lastly, there is a known issue between the update tooling and the
"Microsoft Internet Security & Acceleration server" (which uses NTLM
authentication).  If you have moved to a NTLM based proxy server, automated
updates will no longer be available.  For a number of technical reasons,
this problem cannot be corrected but will be fixed in a future release.

I am getting the following error when I try to search for updates.

Problem Occurred: Unable to access

I access the update through a proxy, and I had no problem getting the
original updates this way.

Any ideas?
