Multiple users on XP

I installed WSDCi v5.1 on my PC at home that has multiple users. I 
installed it while logged in under my id, then when I logged into the 
'family' id I noticed that the daemon was started under that profile as 
well. I only want the daemon and other processes started up when logged in 
with my ID. What is the easiest way to disable the start-up processes in 
the other logins without affecting the ID I want it in?
