Okay, I stick this problem in the "bad things about WDSC" folder.

History: In order to separate workload, I've got several different
workspaces. Different projects have their own workspace. Recently, I
updated WDSC to 5.1.0.1, using the four or five pass technique IBM
requires. That worked fine, although it required many hours. However,
I just tried to open one of my other workspaces, and I get a box that
says:

"Pending Configuration Changes"
"Selected update will result in an invalid configuration"

I hit error details and I see:

"Requested operation cannot be performed because it would invalidate the
current configuration. See details for more information."

And details says:

"Requested operation cannot be performed because it would invalidate the
current configuration. See details for more information. WebSphere
Development Studio Client for iSeries (5.1.0.1): Feature requires
feature "com.ibm.lpex (1.4.3)", or compatible."

I have no options except to cancel, but now I don't know what to do
here. I'm afraid that if I continue working in this workspace I'll
bugger something up completely. And if the answer is that I have to go
into each of my workspaces and perform the multiple-hour upgrade
process, then there are serious deficiencies in this portion of the
tool.

Anyway, any input would be great. I'm going to save my workspace and
try to continue working and see what happens.

Joe
