file not found -- WDSCI-L

completed a simple webfacing project in Websphere studio, it runs on the PC
server. exported the WAR to our Apache/Tomcat web server and I get http 404
"File not Found" when I try to run it. I think url should be
POL:8080/webapps/ar8852p/index.html have tried many different addresses.
