Stu,

Right click on any of the subsystems under your iSeries RSE connection
(objects, commands, jobs or IFS) and select "Release Interactive Job" from
the popup menu.  System Request - ends the job but doesn't do proper
cleanup.  This will be fixed in the next release so that System Request - 2
will handle proper cleanup.  For now please use the release interactive job
action.

These PTFs have now been applied and this has fixed our problem.

Many thanks for your help with this issue.

Just another quickie if anyone can help - what's the correct way to end
the STRRSESVR session on the 5250 side? I exit debug etc but the session
remains - and I have to then do System Request - 2 to get out of it -
there has to be a better way?

I have done a DSPPTF and we do not have these on the iSeries... Will get
