You can run WebSphere on any supported platform, this is why it works on your PC using WDSC's test environment. That is just a copy of WAS running locally. Mark To: "Wdsci-L@Midrange. We have WebSphere Application Server Express 5 (WASE 5) running on a Windows 2000 machine. Can I use the Web Facing tool and install the resulting EAR file in WASE 5 on the Windows machine, or does WASE 5 have to be installed on the iSeries for Web Facing to work? Will there be any special configurations I will need to make to either WASE 5 or the EAR configuration files? Thanks, Kelly _______________________________________________ This is the Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries (WDSCI-L) mailing list To post a message email: WDSCI-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/wdsci-l or email: WDSCI-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/wdsci-l.
