Thread-topic: Code/400 help not coming up if dialed up

Hi all,

Can some explain to me how I can get help to come up when I'm dialed into work? 
I'm running WDSCI 5.0 on an XP box with an Aventail VPN connection to the 400. 
If I'm offline help works fine. BTW, it really bums me out that I can't use 
dist debugger with the VPN! (Just a side note  ;-)  )
