RE: PTF check in WDSC 5.1

Paul, some PTFs are for options of WDS that you may not have installed, such as the C/C++ compiler, maybe. Check the cover letters or descriptions to see what the PTFs apply to - you might not need some of them.

This is what happened to me, anyway.
