Good News Everybody!

The new search engine is LIVE!

The content assist has autocompletion turned on.  That means if there's
only one known completion for somethign it automatically gets inserted when
content-assist is invoked.   For some things this could be useful but, in
your case, I understand why this would be annoying.   Right now there's no
way to turn off autocompletion - we will need to provide a preference for
that in the future.

 George cleared up the issue for me. It is the '%' and '.' that I'd like to
turn off.  As for the *nopass, it sometimes just pops in. I can't explain
it.

If you don't want to use content assist you just don't type "ctrl+space".
I've never heard of content assist being activated by using the '+' sign.
Perhaps you could describe that scenario in more detail.
