WDSc - any of it open source?

Hi,

Just got done playing with the Procedure wizard and I like it for the most
part but would like to see some things different.  Are any of the pieces
that IBM develops for WDSc open source?  Like the LPEX editor, or just the
Procedure wizard for that matter?

Thought I would at least ask, but I am pretty sure I know what the answer
will be:-)

If the LPEX editor was open source I think you would have a lot of community
involvement into making it better faster.
