I've been saying nice things all day.  Please don't get me started on an
application development tool "designed for users who have only a minimal
understanding of programming concepts" (their words).  Although I have
to put a caveat on that - I haven't seen the tool, so it might not be as
bad as the description implies.

But this concept that programming can be done by non-programmers is
simply silly.  Have any of you been using the web lately?  Have you seen
how often major sites are broken or badly mangled?  ESPN and TV Guide
are two that are just horribly unstable.  My guess is they may be being
maintained by "users who have only a minimal understanding of
programming concepts".
