This helpdesk application from SoftLanding is yet another great showcase for the power of WDSC! I got a demo of this one at COMMON, and it too shows what we can do when we leave SDA behind. Are you planning any articles like a "Making of ...." that explain some of the specific tools within WDSC you used? For example, was this created using the new "Web Site Designer" that is included in 5.1? Also, is this the "announcement" you have been talking about, or is something else still coming? You have us all on the edge of our seats. Finally, if anyone would like to see another site that was built using the tools in WDSC, we have a "demo site" of our web-based Helpdesk application up and running. http://support.softlanding.com/xdesk/ You have to register to use the app, since it is personalized, but we do not attempt to validate the information at all. If you actually use the site, you should give a valid email so that you get the email messages when your "requests" are answered. The site also contains a lot of nice FAQ's about WDSC, WebSphere and Struts so it could be of general interest to anyone. Great job. Mark
