Proxy Configuration

I'm having trouble getting WDSC 5.0 to communicate with the Internet, for
such things as looking for updates, or finding XML DTD's etc.

I've tried configuring our proxy server using the windows > preferences >
Internet tab, but no combination of settings seems to work.

Has anyone else had this problem, and how do you get round it? The proxy is
microsoft's ISA Server.
