[WDSCI-L] EVFCSVRD.exe --> 98%

I just upgraded my pc to WinXP SP1 now if i try to go the Communication 
Daemon properties I get the file EVFCSVDR.EXE goes to 98% cpu usage and 
hangs there. I'm running WDSC 4.0.0 SP4. I found the following log file. 
It looks like it is looking in the wrong place for a XML file, it is on 
the system, but not where it's looking. Thanks for any help.
