I do not believe there are any official public areas that host plugins. We 
offer a free plugin that provides access to spooled files from RSE.

This is a site which is kind of a master list of Eclipse plugins, however, 
most of these will not have any iSeries-specific features.

There have been a couple of articles in various magazines on extending the 
editor to provide some RPG support, but I am not aware of anyone that has 
packaged anything up for download.  Here is the most recent one:

Are there any downloads (plugins?) available for WDSc, specifically the 
RSE/Eclipse editor for use on RPG source?  There was a download area for 
the CODE editor, that housed downloads (macros, etc.) from IBM and others. 
 So far I have not found anything similar for RSE.
