Another good way is to just take the struts-blank.war file from the Struts
distribution and import it to create a project.

Yes, I know, but I am teaching some 'newbies'...

I like for the tool to assemble it (less overwhelming for them) and then
I go thru the components and pieces and teach them how they fit
together.

When I have them construct the environment, their eyes start rolling
back in their head...  lol
