I didn't find it in the ini file but I like putting it on the shortcut better
any way.  Found out it doesn't handle spaces any better than CODE does!

I was hoping I'd be able to simply copy my workspace over and it would just work
but no such luck.  Not a big deal since I'm still getting to know my way around.
