You can control it by specifying "-data C:\MyWorkspace" on the command
line, or in this case Windows shortcut.
IBM is storing their default in C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere
Studio\wdsc.ini
I would try blanking out the saved value to see if you can get it to
prompt you again.
Ultimately though, I copy their shortcut to create multiple shortcuts for
each of the workspaces I use.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] how to change workspace location
Please help! I have WDSC5. I configured my workspace to be on a network
drive
so it would be backed up. Then I went into help and the indexing used up
all of
my space on the shared drive.
How do I change the location of the workspace? I'm sure it's right in
front of
my face but I can't seem to find it!
Thanks,
Phil
