Joe, But isn't it just dependent on your definition of the root location? For example, I would consider the root for an installed WAS 4 AE application to be this: /QIBM/UserData/WebAsAdv4/instance_name/installedApps And for WAS Express to be: /QIBM/UserData/WebASE/ASE5/instance_name/installedApps/cell_name Below those two roots everything looks the same. As I said earlier, I do wish that they provided a way to hide all of the cell and node stuff in WAS Express since it is not used. Mark
