I'm seeing it with that too - I'm using Mocha mostly because once the CA
link fails the dang thing won't connect again.

I had heard about this problem with the built-in VPN support on XP, but I'm
running Win2K and have no VPN software installed.  In fact it has never been
installed don this PC which is new.  It does seem, now that I finally found
the correct PTF numbers, that there may be a WDS PTF missing on both systems
so hopefully that will deal with it.  Right now it is just driving me nuts.
I haven't resorted to using SEU or anything that drastic, but I am using PDM
for all compiles etc.
