[WDSCI-L] fast-path open dialog

It occurs to me this dialog for rapidly opening a specific member in the
editor, would be a
perfect example of how to write your own actions to extend the capability
of the RSE. Let
me see if we can create a plugin to do this, and make the source available
for download.
This will also have the benefit of getting it in your hands faster.
