Rick,

Yes the one on sourceforge is the correct one.  The install.txt file is in
the jar file.  use a zip utility to view the contents of the jar file and it
will give you some idea as to how to load it.

I have not had any luck with it loading, but others have got it to load.
Let me know what you come up with.
