What about CD2, it has many folders/files with the same names as CD1?

|Just dump the images (with their CD number) in one directory on your
|harddisk, and install from there.  I never used the CDs, but got my
install
|set from Partnerworld, and after extracting everything my folder looks
as
|follows
|
|   CD1
|   CD3
|   CD4
|   install
|   wssd
|   autorun.inf
|   setup.exe
|
|After clicking on setup.exe, all installed without a single problem and
|never asked for a CD.
