Jeff,

The Change option just means that feature is already installed.  So maybe
one of those attempts worked.

Also, did you manually apply FixPack 0 first?  It is absolutely necessary
for the rest of the FixPacks to apply.

Just an FYI, the only way to tell that FixPack 1 applied is to do Help ->
About and then click on Feature Details.  The first item should be WDSC and
the version 5.0.1.

Thanks for trying to help.  That didn't work either.  When I get to the
step 5 in "Part 1 of 3" there is no "Update" button to click, instead it
says "Change".  When I click it, I ultimately cannot select or deselect
anything.  I'm stuck.
