Jeff,

I think you need to manually apply the fixpack to get
to 5.0.1 first, it fixes something in the available
update function.  Claus Weiss posted the following
previously on this list:

"I suggest to go to this web site and follow the
instructions on this page, it has the 5.0.1 updates
needed, and the instructions how to apply 5.0.1."
