I've been talking with IBM about delivery lags reported by several people
for WDSC5 and WAS Express, and I was wondering about the experiences of
other people.

1. Have you ordered WDSC V5?
2. If so, which version:
   a. Standard edition (free upgrade)
   b. Advanced edition
3. Have you received it?
4. If yes, how long did it take?
5. If no, how long ago did you order it?

6. Have you ordered WebSphere Application Server V5?
7. If so, which version:
   a. WAS Express (free upgrade from WebSphere 3.5)
   b. WAS Express (purchased)
   c. WAS Base Edition (purchased)
   d. WAS Network Deployment (purchased)
8. Have you received it?
9. If yes, how long did it take?
10. If no, how long ago did you order it?
