Yes, you can still launch the Code/400 editor.  Those wizards you speak of 
are one of the last remaining features that has not been brought into the 
LPEX editor.  I am sure it will be coming, it just isn't there yet.  Or if 
it is, it is hard to find.

Is the CODE editor still there?  The reason I ask is there was an option 
to convert C specs to freeform.  I have used that on a half dozen 
programs or so.

I know the consensus (sp?) is to only use freeform for new code, but it 
is really helpful to see code that I know inside and out converted to 
freeform.
