Greetings!
Can someone give me clear, easy to follow instructions for installing the
service packs available on the web? I seem to be at a loss. The service
pack 0 is easy, self extracting and installing. The others make a
reference to :
"5) To install the fixes available in the files that you have downloaded,
follow the steps in the README for using update manager. In particular,
begin with the section "Part 1 of 3: Installing WebSphere Development
Studio Client for iSeries fixes". The example in the README shows
installing updates available on a CD. When installing updates that you have
downloaded, in the Feature Updates view, browse to the temp directories
where you have unzipped the downloads rather than browsing to your CD drive."
Where is the readme file? I am running into a learning curve in the
eclipse world and want to get going with the product.
Thanks
