The only thing I recall is that there is a possible issue during the install process IF your PATH is very large. The issue results in not all of the product being installed properly, which sounds like what you're going through. If you decide to re-install, record the existing PATH and then trim it down to the barest minimum. Stop your Anti-Virus software, terminate all Code processes and daemons and re-install. Then check the PATH and add the newly changed PATH to the old, remembered PATH and re-boot. A workaround is to just run HTTPDL before you use Help. Perhaps stuff it in your Startup folder? --buck
