UTF-8 support for WDSc 4 Websphere Test Environmen

Hi,

I'm playing around with Webfacing in WDSc 4 now, but when trying to run it in 
the included Websphere 4.0 Test Environment, I get an error after I pressed 
Enter on one of my first screens within the Webfacing application.

It complains about UTF-8 support for WAS, and I can find how to enable it for a 
normal WAS instance, but not for the included test environment.  Anyone knows 
how this is done ?
